Jessica is a first-year MA student in the Political Science (Thesis) program, with the Development Studies Option and concentration in International Relations.
She received her BA in International Relations and Political Science from Long Island University Brooklyn. In her undergrad, she published and presented her research at a national conference in Washington D.C. focusing on “Conceptualizing Race and Power.”
Also during her time in New York, she was the captain of her varsity water polo team and volunteered at local UNICEF events. Her current research interests are International development, intercultural exchanges and diplomacy.
