Charlotte Mines is a master’s student at McGill University majoring in Political Science with a concentration in Development Studies and Comparative Politics. She holds a B.A. in Global Studies concentrating in Asian and Middle Eastern studies, with a minor in Psychology from the College of William and Mary, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude with highest departmental honors for her undergraduate thesis.
Her research at McGill focuses on the intersection of informal financial systems, political behavior, and state-community relationships in Latin America.
