Prof. Andrew Cooper to Speak at McGill on September 20th
We are pleased to announce that Prof. Andrew Cooper (University of Waterloo) will be joining us this Friday as part of the CIPSS Speaker Series. This talk is based on Prof. Cooper’s recent book (The Concentration Impulse in World Politics, Oxford University Press, 2024) that unravels the centrality of contestation over international institutions under the shadow of crisis.
