Marie is a second year MA student in the Department of Political Science at McGill University. Her interests lie in the political economy of leadership selection at the international and national level. She is particularly interested in how gender influences paths to leadership (at the domestic and international levels) and the impact of leadership in the major multilaterals. Marie’s undergraduate degree is also from McGill University where she graduated with a first class honours in political science and a minor in economics. Her research is supported by the Joseph Armand Bombardier scholarship (SSHRC CGS M).
